Speak to the Hearts
Praise
Praise God for the literature distributed last month. A young local man saw a Bible in a colleagues' house last week and expressed an earnest desire to have one. Pray that God will speak to the hearts of the readers. Pray that these materials will not get into the wrong hands.Prayer
• Ramadan begins sometime this week. Please pray for the Lord to reveal Himself to Muslims all over the world during this fasting time.• Pray for "Abu Hussein", an elderly believer who is somewhat isolated. The fellowship he wants to attend is in English because he fears exposure in his Muslim context by being among those believers whose native language is Arabic. He confines himself to satellite Christian TV. Pray for his courage and willingness to seek out fellowship that ministers to him, and in which he can minister.
• Pray for families who are struggling with a poor economy, electrical outages and other hardships. Ask that needs will be met and that they will hear about God's love for them.
• Pray for the youth of our lands; that during their long summer holiday they will browse the internet or zap on the satellite TV and come across Christian sites/programs and will be attracted to learn more.
